When should I expect my Same Day order to arrive?
Same Day delivery orders will be delivered on or before the estimated time shown in checkout when you place your order, which may change based on weather, weight, product availability, shipping address, and geographic limitations.
Why is Same Day shipping not an option in my area?
Only predetermined markets and orders occurring within Same Day-activated zip codes qualify for Same Day shipping, and this option will not be displayed for orders outside of these designated shipping areas.
How much is Same Day shipping for my order?
Same Day shipping costs are determined on a by-order basis, dependent on weight and dimensions of the items ordered. All final shipping fees and arrival times for Same Day shipping are reported at checkout.
Why is there an option to tip for Same Day Delivery?
Same Day Delivery order drivers are contracted through a third-party organization and are not Tetron Auto Parts employees. For that reason, tipping your delivery driver is encouraged to demonstrate your appreciation for their prompt service, but is always optional. This tip goes directly to the driver, not to Tetron Auto Parts or their third-party delivery platform partner. Tips are also not refundable in the case that your order needs to be returned.

When do I have to place my order to receive Next Day Home Shipping?
For your convenience, an easy-to-use order countdown is included anywhere a Next Day Home Shipping estimate is shown (all product, My Cart, and Checkout pages). Next Day Home Shipping eligibility is based on daily order cutoff time which varies by location, product, and availability. Final eligibility and estimated delivery date is calculated during the Delivery step of Checkout.
How do I qualify for Free Next Day Home Shipping?
Most orders totaling $35 or more qualify for free shipping or Free Next Day Home Shipping to eligible addresses. Item cancellations that bring your order total below the $35 minimum and special order items may also impact Next Day Home Shipping eligibility and cost. Oversized items, items requiring special handling, and some shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for Free Next Day Home Shipping.
Why doesn’t my order qualify for Next Day Home Shipping?
Not all delivery addresses are eligible for Next Day Home Shipping. Final eligibility for estimated Next Day Home Shipping is calculated during the Delivery step of Checkout. Your delivery estimate may change during your shopping experience based on items added to your cart.
What if my Next Day Home Shipping order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date?
All delivery dates shown on Tetron Auto Parts are estimates, and it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. Orders can be delayed due to carrier delays, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Can I qualify for free shipping?
You can qualify for free ground shipping on most orders totaling $35 or more . If an item does not qualify for free shipping, you will be notified at or before checkout. The following attributes disqualify an item for free shipping eligibility:
- Oversized items or items requiring special handling
- Some shipments to Alaska or Hawaii
- Items that are not in stock
We do not ship to any locations outside the 50 United States. Tetron Auto Parts reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time without notice.
Why is ground shipping the only method available for my Ship to Home order?
Due to federal transportation regulations and shipping carrier policy, some items are restricted to ground methods for Ship to Home delivery. These items will display only one available shipping method option during checkout.
Addresses
Can I have my order shipped to a location outside of the United States?
Tetron Auto Parts ships only to locations within the 50 United States.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.
Can I have parts shipped to an APO or FPO address?
Tetron Auto Parts does not currently offer shipping— by USPS or any other carriers— to APO or FPO addresses or to any of the U.S Territories. We are keeping an eye on requests for this service for future consideration. Please check back with us.
Can I have parts delivered to a PO Box?
Currently, orders shipping from Tetron Auto Parts cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.
Delivery Times
When will I get my order?
All delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. Generally, when an order is shipped via Standard Ground, your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery dates will be available on the checkout page.The email you received confirming your shipment contains a link to tracking.
Will I have my choice of Standard, Priority or Expedited shipping for every item I purchase?
Not every item you purchase for delivery will show you all available shipping options, but it is possible that not all options will be available, depending on the item.
Tracking a Package
Can I see where my package is while it’s on the way?
A link for package tracking is included in the email confirming the shipment of your order. You may also log in at Tetron Auto Parts Online Store, select “My Account” and then “My Orders” to track a specific shipment.
